PRINTER STATUS: Running & working (UPD from 10/01/23)

BIF offers users exceptional print quality with our HP DesignJet Z9dr large format printer for posters to display at meetings, recruitment, and site visits.
- BIF & Printer location: Hogan building, 5th floor, Room 120 (printer is near the window).
- BIF working hours: 8:00 – 6 pm.
- If you need assistance, come Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Please don’t wait for the last moment of the day (like Friday at 5:30 pm) to print the poster. Plan wisely giving yourself about an hour to allow for any issues. BIF staff can be unavailable after 4 pm to help.
Important to know:
- Poster printing is a self-service station, where you can print the poster by following detailed step-by-step manual.
- Poster printing is available on 1 type of media: Photo gloss paper (with a 42″ width).
- Printing is charged by the linear inch ($2.5 /linear inch).
- Poster tubes are available for an additional $13.00.
- BIF staff offers technical support on resolution and layout issues to all printer users.
